Private Rooms
Our homes feature private rooms that allow your loved one to decorate and be surrounded by their treasured belongings. Residents are able to bring their own furniture and linens or you can choose to have a room furnished. Each room features:
- Two large windows providing a beautiful view of our landscaped property and lots of natural sunlight.
- Access to private bathrooms, vanity with sink and built-in drawers for storage.
- Spacious closet space with lighting.
- Your loved one is welcome to bring their own linens and curtains or choose to take advantage of our linen service.*

Our master bathing room features the following:
- Over-sized and handicapped accessible whirlpool tub for therapeutic and relaxation use.
- Roll-in Shower with built in seating.
- Barber/Beauty Service Station complete with shampoo bowl for our on-site barber and beauty services.*

- Plaza TV for viewing pleasure including movies, sports and music.
- Ample Seating choices for conversations.
- Recliners to meet special needs.
Family Room
Our Family Room/Library is designed for more intimate visits and for those who prefer some quiet times.
- Enjoy quiet time and view the landscaped courtyard.
- Enjoy reading a book from our library selections.
Kitchen/Dining Room
- The dining room is set-up to accommodate the residents of each house.
- All dining is wheelchair accessible.
- Storage space is available for pantry items
Laundry Room
Each home has a laundry service area where each resident’s laundry and linen is laundered individually.
- No need to worry about marking clothing.
- Every resident’s laundry and linen is laundered and promptly returned to their room.
- Some residents even choose to do their laundry as part of their own routine!
Covered Patios
Each home has a private covered patio area complete with outside furniture and beautiful landscaping.
- Each patio overlooks the common courtyard.
- A welcoming place for your loved on to have a seat outside and enjoy the fresh air.
- All grounds and landscaping is maintained by our facility.

Each of the 4 homes at Broadmoor and Holland Place are connected by a common courtyard that is beautifully landscaped and picturesque.
- The courtyard features safe and secure walking paths to the Clubhouse.
- A place for our residents to gather and enjoy the outdoors.
- Ample seating area is available for residents to enjoy company and pets.
Clubhouse
- A commercial kitchen where heart-healthy meals are prepared in a restaurant style dining experience.
- Complete salad and dessert bar.
- A beautiful fireplace and hearth that is a focal point for social events.
- Large group activities are offered in the Clubhouse on a daily basis for interested residents.
Security
- Residents are given Call Buttons to alert staff to personal needs and emergencies.
- Our staff is equipped with communication devices that allow them to interact between homes.
