As defined by the State of Kansas, Gracious Senior Living falls under the category of a “Home Plus” facility.  Home Plus is not an Assisted Living facility or a Nursing Home.

This is what we do!  We provide long-term care through the end of life, providing “skilled” care mostly through third parties.  Actually, you could think of us as a home with nurses in it, rather than a nursing home. Much less institutional.
